Ghent from Brussels Airport

The closest airport to Ghent is Zaventem National Airport.

Railways Gent Sint-Pieters to IBBT venue

Take Bus 9 until 'E3 plein (Ledeberg)'. This stop is on the A. Hendricklaan, near the Gaston Crommenlaan. You walk through the Crommenlaan until you reach a new building complex. IBBT is located in the first, lowest building of the complex, on the first floor at the back end. Follow the onsite directions signs.

Railways IBIS Hotel to IBBT venue 

The conference will be held in the IBBT-headquarters at Gaston Crommenlaan 8, bus 102 at Ghent-Ledeberg. Again trolley line 4 is the most suitable: drive till stop Ledeberg, Hundelgemsesteemweg, Jacques Eggermontstraat. You are now in walking distance from IBBT.
