Terms and conditions

After registration, you will receive a confirmation of your registration and an invoice. We can create a single invoice for several people of the same company/group; if you want this, please indicate this in the 'Remarks' field; all participants must register using the form.

The conference fees have to be paid by bank transfer, see the invoice for details.

Your registration is final as soon as payment has been received. We will notify you of the receipt of your payment and confirm your registration within 3-5 business days. If you don't get a confirmation, please contact us.

The Agile Open conference fee covers attendance to two days of sessions on June 5 and 6 2008 and includes coffee/tea/soft drinks/water and 2 lunches.

The number of places is limited to 30, registration is on a first come, first served basis. Because of the small scale of the conference, the number of participants from the same organisation is limited to 5.

The organizers have the right to cancel the event. In this case all paid fees will be refunded.

It is possible to cancel your registration, but a partial refund will be made solely at the discretion of the conference administrators. A substitute may participate, provided that the organisation is notified in advance.
