Terms and conditions

After registration, you will receive a confirmation of your registration and an invoice. Don't forget to mention your VAT number (if applicable). We will create one invoice for several people of the same company/group if you check the 'one invoice' checkbox, but all participants must register using the form.

The conference fees have to be paid by bank transfer, see the invoice for details. For money transfers from outside the European Economic Area, we will charge € 7 extra to cover transaction costs.

Your registration is final as soon as payment has been received. We will notify you of the receipt of your payment and confirm your registration within 3-5 business days. If you don't get a confirmation, please contact us .

The Agile Open conference fee covers attendance to two days of sessions and includes coffee/tea/water, 2 lunches, 1 dinner, evening drinks, one night in an single room with shower and toilet (on site), and breakfast on Tuesday. The fee for the Agile Open conference and the Open Space on Open Space workshop covers three days of sessions and includes coffee/tea/water, 3 lunches, 2 dinners, evening drinks, two nights in a single room, and breakfast on Monday and Tuesday.

The number of places is limited to 30, registration is on a first come, first served basis. The number of places for the Open Space on Open Space workshop is 9. The minimum number of participants for the conference is 16.

The organizers have the right to cancel the event. In this case all paid fees will be refunded.

It is possible to cancel your registration, but a partial refund will be made solely at the discretion of the conference administrators. A substitute may participate, provided that the organisation is notified in advance.
