Movements really rise or fall on the strength of on-going social occasions - XP user group meetings, XP Days, Agile Seminars, XP and Agile conferences, and the Agile Open Conference are the epicenters of the agile movement ... amazingly open, warm and lively community spaces where people congregate, meet, converse, share, have ideas and enthusiasm for each other, exchange radical ideas, cement friendships, rub elbows, trade gossip, try out ideas, flirt, schmooze, encourage and learn to trust and appreciate one another, and spark new insights in software development and business.

The four principles of Open Space we apply are:

  1. Whoever comes are the right people.
  2. Whatever happens is the only thing that could have.
  3. Whenever it starts is the right time.
  4. When it is over it is over.
And we apply LawOfTwoFeet.

During the OpeningSession, participants can propose sessions and workshops and put them in one of the available time slots.
