Introduction
a·gil·i·ty
n.
The state or quality of being agile; nimbleness.
ag·ile
adj.
- Characterized by quickness, lightness, and ease of movement; nimble. moving quickly and lightly; "sleek and agile as a gymnast";
- Mentally quick or alert: an agile mind.
[French, from Latin agilis, from agere, to drive, do.]
How do we define Agility or being Agile? Is there a meta-process to be found? What leads to greater Agility? What stops it cold, slamming doors like a hurricane?
At least there can now be a more accurate description of Agile;
- Able to adapt and therefore thrive in rapidly changing environments and situations.
- What if a perfectly agile person or business is a hunter on his or her highest alert, fully prepared, moving deliberately with intention held firmly in place in the forefront of her or his mind? He or she is ready for anything, being emotionally centered, yet feeling the excitement of the hunt and the anticipation of the successful outcome. No one can sneak up on this excellent hunter. It is the agile hunter who is doing the stalking, knowing his or her skills, having practiced a long time, and knowing where to look for the game he or she needs.
[You might want to add your own.]
Actually there could be an Agile pattern waiting to be discovered. It may be quite simple. It may be hard to find.

This session would be diverging first and converging in a latter stadium. It could do that multiple times. Remember, an Agile definition should preferably be simple and adaptive. This session is not looking for an Agile Handbook.
